My home is tucked away on the side of a moor with stunning views of the Roaches and Three Shire Heads on my doorstep. This landscape is not only my home but also my inspiration. I have always been fascinated by photography’s ability to capture moments, allowing us to hold onto memories that might otherwise fade away.
My journey has led me down many unexpected paths, from collaborating with remarkable horsemanship trainers to training as an Alexander Technique teacher. Both good horsemanship and the Alexander Technique aim to improve balance and freedom of movement. Just as we guide horses to move fluidly and without tension, we must also learn to release our own stress and find ease in our bodies. It’s all part of the bigger picture—harmony between horse and rider, mind and body, art and life.
